To initiate a return or exchange please insert your order number and email address.

RETURN POLICY

 

Please note for a return to be accepted, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date.
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS


Enter your order information above to request a return or exchange. Follow the instructions provided in the email confirmation. Use the pre-paid return label provided in your package or use the label from the return confirmation email to ship back to us and simply drop off the parcel to the designated carrier. If you requested an exchange the new item will be shipped once our distribution center receives and accepts your return. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original form of payment.

Please note exchanges in store are not currently permitted. Our store staff will be happy to process an immediate return for you so you can purchase for your preferred item.

RETURN TO A MARNI BOUTIQUE

To return in store simply choose a Marni boutique from the following link. Provide your order and order information to one of our sales assistants who will process the return on your behalf. Please note online exchanges are not currently available in store.

Your refund will be processed immediately and made via the original payment method. You will receive a return confirmation email as receipt.
