Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to follow each stage of its journey. You can also check updates at any time in the Your order section or within your Marni Account.
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday during business hours. A signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is shipped.
You can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs:
Standard shipping
delivery within 3–5 business days

free for registered users or for orders over CHF 850
Express shipping
delivery within 1–3 business days
CHF 35
If you prefer, you can collect your order at one of the available Marni stores.
Select “In-store pickup” during checkout and choose your preferred location. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready: from that moment, you will have 7 days to collect it.
If an item is marked as “available today”, it means that by completing your order by 4:00 PM, it may be ready for collection the same day; otherwise, it will be available from the next opening day.
When collecting your order, please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. If you wish, you may also authorize someone you trust to collect it on your behalf.

We deliver to the countries listed on our website. If you wish to ship your order to a different destination, please select the correct country from the menu before completing your purchase.
