Simply select “In-store pickup” at checkout and choose your preferred location. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready, and from that moment you will have 7 days to collect it.
The “Available today” label means that if you complete your order by 4:00 PM, your item can be collected the same day; otherwise, it will be available from the next opening day of the selected store.
When collecting your order, please remember to bring:
• a valid ID;
• your order confirmation email, either digital or printed.
If needed, you can return your online order directly in store within 15 days from the delivery or collection date. During certain periods of the year, such as holidays, the return window may be extended—please refer to the website for updated information.
Please note that online purchases can only be returned in the same country where the order was delivered.
To proceed, simply provide your order details to one of our Client Advisors, who will verify the item. Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.
To be eligible for return:
• items must be in their original condition, complete with tags and accessories;
• worn, used, altered or damaged items will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
