We inform you that YOOX NET-A-PORTER does not process personal data relating to minors. If you access the www.marni.com and use the services offered by YOOX NET-A-PORTER you declare that you are of legal age.
3. How do we use the personal data collected?
YOOX NET-A-PORTER collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

5. Legal basis of the processing
We only process your personal data in the presence of one of the legal requirements established by current legislation, and specifically:
a) For the conclusion and execution of an agreement of which you are a part.

8. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your personal data for a limited period of time, different depending on the type of activity that involves the processing of your personal data. After this period, your data will be permanently erased or otherwise rendered anonymous in an irreversible way.

- Data related to user requests to our Customer Care: the data useful to assisting you will be kept until your request is met and no later than six months after the request itself;
In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of the processing and the subsequent erasure or irreversible anonymization of the related personal data will be final within thirty days of the terms indicated above.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights with reference to the specific processing of your personal data by YOOX NET-A-PORTER at any time. Find below their general description and how to exercise them.
- Access your data and modify it: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that it be corrected, modified or integrated with other information. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of your data in our possession.
