Enter your order number and email address in the Your Order section or log in to your Marni account to view the details of your purchase: you can check the status of your order, track your shipment, download your invoice and begin the exchange or return procedures.

All orders placed at Marni.com are shipped in signature Marni packaging, which is also used for in-store purchases. If you select the gift option, you can have a card with a personalized message included in the package.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details and, once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email—complete with invoice—through which you can track the delivery. Please note that the delivery time is estimated from the moment your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

Payment is debited when the order is dispatched.
