To initiate a return or exchange please insert your order number and email address.





Please note for a return to be accepted, the following conditions apply:

    • Items must be unused and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached.
    • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date.
    • Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Enter your order information above to request a return or exchange. Follow the instructions provided in the email confirmation. Use the pre-paid return label provided in your confirmation email to ship back to us and simply drop off the parcel to the designated carrier. If you requested an exchange the new item will be shipped once our distribution center receives and accepts your return. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original form of payment.
