MARNI SERVICES

IN-STORE COLLECTION

You can choose to collect items purchased online from designated Marni stores. This is free of charge.


Simply select "COLLECT FROM MARNI STORE" on the product page or in the shopping cart, and select a store from those available. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection and you will have 7 days to visit the boutique to do so.


If the item is shown as "AVAILABLE TODAY", this means that if you place your order before 4pm, you will be able to collect it the same day, otherwise it will be available from the next day that the store is open.

When you go to collect your items, take the following with you:
• valid ID.
• the confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

The service is available in these stores.

IN-STORE RETURN

 

• Choose your nearest store from those listed at the following link
• Disclose your order information to one of our sales assistants who will check the item
• Your refund will be processed immediately and made via the payment method you selected for your order. You will then receive a return-acceptance email.

Timeframes for refunds may vary and if payment was made on delivery, our Customer Service Department will contact you to ask for your bank or PayPal details in order to complete the refund.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
• All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels intact.
• Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, bathing suits should only be tried on over your own clothing and can only be returned if the protective material, where included, is intact - TBC

ENDLESS AISLE

 

If the item you want is available at Marni.com but not in the boutique, our sales assistants will be able to place an order for you directly from their in-store device. You can choose whether to have the order delivered directly to your door or to return to the boutique to collect it.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

 

Order your items by taking part in virtual shopping sessions with our sales assistants. You can then collect your purchases from your favourite boutique in a way that is most convenient for you.

VIRTUAL SHOPPING
